Fleischmann’s Vinegar is the world’s largest industrial producer of white distilled vinegar, at concentrations ranging from 5 to 30% acetic acid, and the number one producer of Organic Vinegars in North America. We also produce and distribute a full line of specialty vinegars, including balsamic vinegar, generic and varietal wine vinegars, as well as malt, rice, apple cider vinegars etc. Finally, we offer a wide variety of cooking wines.

Vinegar is a natural, fermentationbased food product. It has been a staple of our diet for thousands of years. Fleischmann’s vinegar methods of production are steeped in agelong tradition, with the added benefit of modern quality control and world class manufacturing and distribution technology. Most of our products are Kosher, Halal, gluten-free and non- GMO. Our seven production facilities operate under a strict GMP policy, and are externally audited for quality and food safety.
